Central Park North Apartment
PPA re-configured this mid-century apartment for a busy family of four in a classic building on the North-East corner of Central Park. The floorpan was modernized with a circular flow to allow for ease of movement and access to all spaces. PPA maximized every inch of square footage, creating a wet closet for hand-washing clothes, hidden storage for additional folding chairs for entertaining, a family desk for homework and projects, and a cozy breakfast nook under the kitchen window. The result is a comfortable, practical and cheerful home for quintessential Manhattan living.
